In September 2021, Air Canada’s internal AI team worked with Microsoft’s AI team. Microsoft wanted to highlight that collaboration, so in May the following year,r they reached out for help to tell their story. For the health and safety of Air Canada employees and ourselves, we sent self-record kits and conducted interviews via video call. We created a video combining the recorded interviews with archival footage and animation. We also supported the written portion of the case study.
